Products are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order. However, some items are made-to-order just for you and can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to ship (see product details for specifics). If a product is made-to-order, then it will be indicated in the products details.
Sometimes when you order more than one item on Latoure, your order will ship in more than one shipment. This is because most of the products we carry ship directly from their original warehouses. This avoids unnecessary duplicative shipping to a single warehouse and then to the customer when an order is placed.
This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.
We will send you the tracking number of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply return it within 14 days of receiving the item.
Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn & price tickets attached).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your return, and your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
We will process your return on the same day we receive your items. Once it has been processed you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received duo to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
